Upgrade M3820 1

Hello,
To day we have the old 3820 phones programmed as 2616, we have upgraded our phone central, so now we can add 3820, but some of the buttons dont work as they shuld like the (I.e.) speaker button.. Is there any way to upgrade the firmware on a m3820 phone like 39xx series? Please give me the recepie :OD

M3820 Orion phones aren't upgradable. They can only be programmed up as 2616 sets, but KEY 1 and 15 need to be blank.

ORION TELSETS M3820 DO NOT PHYSICALLY HAVE KEY 1.YOU SHOULD CONFIGURE THESE SETS AS M2616.IF KEY 1 IS NOT CONFIGURED THE SHORT HUNTING FEATURE WILL NOT WORK ON THESE SETS.NT'S SUGGESTION IS TO CONFIGURE KEY 1 THE SAME AS KEY 2 IF SHORT HUNTING IS REQUIRED.ALSO IF MARP IS TO WORK THEY RECOMMEND THAT KEY 1 IS MADE THE MARP DN. SHORT HUNTING DOES NOT SEEM TO WORK BEYOND KEY 2.
