Upgrade lotus 5.0.11 to 5.0.12

When upgrading from 5.0.11 to 5.0.12 I get the following error in the upgrade.log file.

"js32.dll is missing or in use"

This is on a Windows 2000 server.

It is there I checked, I tryed restarting the server with Domino diabled. I tryed renaming the js32.dll file and shuting down antivirus and other apps that were running.

Does anyone else have any sugestions?

i. Reboot into safe mode
ii. Move JS32.dll file to desktop
iii. Change Lotus service to manual
iv. Restart Server
v. Install update
vi. Put JS32.dll back in domino directory
vii. Start lotus
viii. Set Lotus to Auto service
