Upgrade License 6110

Hi All,

Trying to find some info on this, 6110 running 5.1 software and i have to upgrade the license to allow more agent on the server, i have installed this a couple of times but never upgraded the license, any ideas or places i can go to find the info?

I just did it. You order new license package and give prairiefyre site ID. They generate new license files which you should put to \program files\prairiefyre software\CCM\ folder. (save the old files just in case). Upgrade manual doesn't give any other directions. I ran CCM licensing tool from the local console and it sait that "A valide license has been found". Then I logged in and found desired number of licenses in the system. Besides that you will have a reinstallation key.

Cheers for that slapin, i have got a .txt file listing my options, i have also got .lis file is the one i copy into the directory that you said above?

I put both, just in case. Did it work for you? BTW I didn't restart the server, would you share this experience too?
