Upgrade Issue

Upgraded a system from 8.1 (63) to 8.1 (81)
All the phones display "Upgrade File Access Error"

Any suggestions?

This is a new one to me. I've done this same upgrade on several before without a hitch.

If you use Manager as file server then make sure that Manager is running and in the preferences the TFTP server is enabled
