Hi Anyone,

I have plan to Upgrade IPO rel 9.1.800 to rel 11, is it enough space with existing sdcard 4 GB capacity ? because existing IPO rel 9.1.800 use 4 Gb capacity.

thanks

You should always replace the old 4GB cards as they have a habit of breaking.

Hi Janni78,

any specific issue if we used 4 Gb capacity in IPO Rel 11 ?

Yes, it will not have enough space to not cause issues. Just change it for an 8GB one. Format and recreate the card, add the licence as a file called PLDSKeys.xml and a copy of the config labelled config.cfg. Turn the system off, swap the SD, turn the system on, wait about 10 minutes and the system will be upgraded.

for the SD card upgrade, is it still recommended to get the avaya card or any sd card is fine if properly formatted?

What is the procedure for recreating a card? One of my offices only has a 4GB card and it's been through numerous upgrades since R8. Currently on R11.0.0.1 and I want to upgrade all my systems to the latest R11 release.

Somewhat related... on an SCN with VM Pro in one of the locations, do all locations need to be running the same release of R11?

Vorian, about your SCN question - all locations should be running the same release of R11. They may work if the versions aren't exact, but it's always recommended.
