Upgrade gone bad!!!

Hello
I have a problem i have a mics that had 4.1 software with cinphony voice mail. It was upgraded to 5.0 because the software in the ksu was corupted. however the voice mail was not upgraded and will not always talk with the ksu now. I need to go back to 4.1 without reprograming the whole system. I know it can be done but no one can tell me how to do it. if anyone has any ideas or knows anything about this please let me know thank you

The only way is to put your 4.1 cart back in and do a restore from NRU with a backup copy if you did one.
It's easier to do an upgrade than to go back to a downgrade.
Always upgrade voicemail system first.

Im not the one who did the upgrade another tech is and i got stuck cleaning up. I donk know if there is a good backup of the system because of the currupted data.
This is a fully blown out ksu with both 6 port expansion cards used up. so i am trying to exaust every option besides reprograming it.

Ok, here is another option.
DO A BACK-UP NOW.
Then go back to 4.1 cartridge and program just enough to match voicemail DN's etc.
Next, UPGRADE THE VOICEMAIL.
Then install your 5.0 software again, and then do a restore of your 5.0 database that you captured in step one.

Yes if we upgrade the voice mail it would fix it but that is not an option. I have to some how convert 5.0 to 4.1 or reprogram all 109 sets and voicemails and all the dids.

what version of voicemail do you have? is it one not compatible with 5.0. (if you had a 4.1 MICS, you can pretty much upgrade to a 5.0)
