UPGRADE FROM CSE 1000 M RLS 4.5 CABINET TO CSE1000E RLS 5.0

Hi I tried to do an upgrade to cse 1000 E rls 5.0 and I have the following issues:
1.- Some cards MGC NTDW60 are no working fine, I can not set up them because when the cards start to BOOT Up , below is the capture from my laptop

I aready try to put a flash from a MGC working fine at the bads cards but is the same result.

2.- I have only 3 cabintes working fine but I found that if form a telephone of one cabinte try to reach a other extension of other cabinte I recive a busy tone...,
3.- I have a PRi card installed and I can dial out, I have a E1 card and that card is working fine, do you knoe if there is something wrong with the PRI cards (T1)?
