Upgrade from 7.1 to 8

Can anyone tell me, if I upgrade a 3300 to level 8, will I need to also upgrade the 6010 Teleworker,6110 CCM, and 6115 Interactive Contact Centre?

Anytime you're planning to upgrade your system software you should ALWAYS read the Release Notes documentation that comes with the load (either included w/the download as it should be but isn't always, or available for download separately). The answer to your question is in the release notes. Please obtain them and read them.
 
Thanks for that. Have checked release notes but cannot see any reference to 6115 ICC. Have found out they are already on 8.0.5.12 and will be going up to 8.0.8.8, but not till new year.

Might have to check with PrarieFyre on the 6115 compatibility. What release is the 6110/6115 currently running?
 
remember the 6115 is the interactive bit for the 6110 software. you can't merely upgrade 6115 without 6110. if you're running release 5.2 or 5.3 you should be all right however you should just confirm.

I had a client run 4.5 6110 with 8.0 ur 1 and no problems but it didn't run that long as I upgraded the 6110 in any case.
