Two units to upgrade, both are IPO500 V1.
Both have under 32 users.
They both have 20 VCM licenses. If I remember correctly that will convert to 60 IP EndPoints?
I am unfamiliar with the term "software upgrade 4", is that just another name for "IP Office Upgrade 7.0"?
