I have done two upgrades now and was slowed down because of an error message.

Error stated that there was more than 200MB of CDR data.

So I spent a lonnng time looking for the data. What the error actually ment was that the BCM was configured for more than 200MB.

Just lower the max size from the 400MB default, and hey presto the upgrade goes through.

Otherwise, the upgrade is perfect. Happy customers, nothing lost. Only have to re-install client applications. Hey they have had an upgrade.

I actually had to telnet into the machines and find the CDR files and delete them.

Tried that. There was nothing to delete.
