Can I upgrade our IP Office 412 Admin Suite directly from 2.1.27 to 3.0.59 or is there an intermediate build that I need to upgrade to first? The Avaya documentation sounds like if you are at 2.1.xx you should be able to upgrade directly to the latest 3.0 build.

412 can be upgraded right away to 3.0, only the 403 must have a intermediate build before going to 3.0.
I do advise you to keep a backup at a safe place, you never know.

So that means I should be able to go directly from 2.1.27 to the latest 3.0.59 build? I was hoping that was the case because I really wasn't looking forward to having to do multiple upgrades to get our IP Office 412 up to the latest build. Thanks.
