Upgrade for 3300, and effects on mitel/pryriefyre systems.

We are running 3 3300 controllers version 6.1
we want to go up to the latest STABLE version
But we have the following Mitel products as well, and want to know if there are complications or conflicts with any of the following products.


Mitel EnterPrise manager ver 2.1
Milter Inteligent Que 6160 ver 5.2
Mitel Speech server/IVR 6150
Mitel Agent Portal 6140
Mitel contact center managment , reporting ect. 6100 , 6110 , 6115 ver 5.2
Mitel VCON Conferance server ver 7.0.1
Yaw/ personal assistant server we belive its version 3 with ver 3 of the clients, never were able to ever get upgrades on this.

and
Teleworker server

If any one has knowedge on these products and the effect of version 8 or newer on these system please could you share the pitfalls as well as the plusses of the upgrade.

I know we have to upgrade because model 5330 and 5335 phone wont work with the release we are running now, so its a nail biter for us with all these aplication,
Please do not reply with the advise to contcat our VAR.....
we asked over 2 months ago and are waiting still, yawn
this is a standing joke for our system.

I am asking here because the knowedge is here and not working for our VAR .

Generally the release notes have all of the answers that you are looking for.

This is a pretty simplistic answer to the Question, ( I have been in IT for over 10 years , thought of it long ago, no access and no reply from VAR on sending us the release notes)

maybey you could also add a link to release notes.

as a end user we do not have access to technical papers from Mitel , we would have to get these from our VAR, and if you read my post you may get the Idea that our VAR is not helpfull as it is....

I thank you for your info , But i am looking for information that can help us, if you feel that you could be this person then please feel free to continue with your posting and let us know if there is known issues with any of the above software.

You should be able to get the information you want from Mitel-On-Line. If you can't get your VAR to nominate you call Mitel directly.
