How do you upgrade the firmware on a i2004 phone? Can find documentation on how to do it. Not allowed to dowload off Nortel website :-(

Hi,

Ask your vendor to upgrade the I2004 firmware in the ITG/MC or Sig server. After the upgrade reset the I2004 and it will download the firmware automaticaly.
