upgrade CCM 4.1 to version 8 - help? 1

We are about to upgrade our call manager from version 4.1 to version 8. Does anyone have any whitepapers or install guides for this particular scenario? thanks
 
Summarized here are the steps:
Install and run DMA on the 4.1 pub.
Install the new 8.0 image and when it asks you for the DMA file (which is the backup file) run it and it will restore the db to the new cluster.
Built your subscriber and test.

There is no single doc that describes all of it in detail.

If you have not done this before I highly suggest you get some help from someone who has.
