I want to upgrade my lab BCM 200 from 3.0 to 3.6
I have obtained the CDs from my rep (a year ago), I even have generated the software key from Key Retreival.

I am unable to find any "upgrade" info on Nortel's web-site. They are talking 3.7 or 4.0 but I figure I gotta get up to 3.6 first.

My question is:
Generically how do I get the upgrade from a CD-ROM to the BCM200?
Does anyone have upgrade instructions?

Can you connect to the BCM via LAN connection?

Do you Knoe the master password?

If yes to the above insert the CD into the PC you using and when the program starts, just enter the IP address of the BCM and enter the login User/password and away you go. If for some reason it say this upgrade is no longer valid, just change the date on the PC your using back about a year and start over.

Thanks Acewarlock..
I could not believe that you were laid-off...
You are extremely helpful on this list as I read your replies all the time. I hope you get a good job in a good location.

Remember that BCM3.6 is out of support.
As soon as you migrate to 3.6 you ought to migrate to 3.7.
