upgrade 9.0.0 to 9.0.12 phones not working 1

After upgrading the phones are still searching for firmware. The upgrade completed successfully, there are 9508 phones and 1416 phones. manager is set to SD card and there are no apparent errors

You stopped the upgrade too early, or didn't upgrade the card correctly...possibly others. What did you do? How long did it take?

it took over 30 minutes - i just formatted the sd card and then rebuilding from the 9.0.12 manager files. after it comes back up i will wait 20 minutes or so and see if the phones come up...any other suggestions

Check to see if all of the system files got uploaded put onto the SD card
File > Advanced > Embedded File Management...
(log into the system)
File > Upload System Files
If files need to be uploaded it will happen automatically, if not, it will tell you. If it does upload some files, do it again until you get the popup that no files need to be uploaded.

Go back to Manager and set the Phone File Server Type to Memory Card and reboot the IPO

thanks tommy - we completed the format and recreate and this solved the issue

the upgrade process must have not completed properly
