Upgrade 500v2 from R6 to R8

I installed the license and it is showing valid, however, when I put in the password in the upgrade wizard it is giving me the following error...

Rollback is available - All selected units failed to transfer.

I have tried password and Administrator as the password multiple times and neither seem to work. I verified the directories are set to the default. I've never had an issue upgrading a 500

Any ideas?

Did you try a reboot and then attempt an upgrade? I have needed to do that before

What does this tool show as the password? (Enter the IP then press the little camera icon)

reboot didnt work and that program didnt work...

i tried the program on two different IPOs and from a XP machine and a Windows 7 machine and both times I got a timeout error.

Works on every system I try and on xp, vista and 7 32/64 bit, I think you have pc issues if your upgrades and that tool are not working, maybe a fireall issue, sound like it

Just for giggles try it on a laptop (different one than you've been using if possible) on the same LAN segment as the IPO.

I have had this once but i cannot remember what i did to solve it.
I think i did a security reset by serial cable but i am not sure.
