I installed the license and it is showing valid, however, when I put in the password in the upgrade wizard it is giving me the following error...

Rollback is available - All selected units failed to transfer.

I have tried password and Administrator as the password multiple times and neither seem to work. I verified the directories are set to the default. I've never had an issue upgrading a 500

Any ideas?

Did you try a reboot and then attempt an upgrade? I have needed to do that before :)

reboot didnt work and that program didnt work...

i tried the program on two different IPOs and from a XP machine and a Windows 7 machine and both times I got a timeout error.

Works on every system I try and on xp, vista and 7 32/64 bit, I think you have pc issues if your upgrades and that tool are not working, maybe a fireall issue, sound like it :)

Just for giggles try it on a laptop (different one than you've been using if possible) on the same LAN segment as the IPO.
