IP500v1 R5.0(26). R9.0 upgrade Large, shows Valid on the system. Manager 10.(66) installed. Upgrade wizard, the system is grayed out and cannot be selected. Tech Bulletin 160 says 7.0 and earlier first step 8.0, second step 9.0.
Do I need to do three steps 7.0, 8.0, 9.0?

Manager 10 is for IP Office release 8 is I'm not mistaken.

You can't use this to upgrade or manage IP Office rel 9.

My IPO is 5.0, I am attempting to take it to 8.0, which is the first step in upgrading to 9.0, according to Tech Bulletin 160. I can connect to the 5.0 and even reboot from manager, just grayed out on the upgrade wizard and I cannot select the unit on Upgarde Wizard only.

Your working directory is not configured correctly.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Indeed Manager 10 is for IP Office release R8! Also Your working directory is not set right.
Install latest version of Manager ( 9.0.1.0.845 ).
Change working directory. CLICK File, Preferences, Working Directory.
You can go from R5 to R8, then R9

Thanks Tipeter, I screwed that one up!
