I just updated an IP Office 406v2 from 3.2.55 to 3.2.61. The customer had some problems with softconsole, this is the reason why we updated the system.
The customer now has problems with call transfers, but not with every transfer. When the receptionist transfers a call to a user she gets a connection but when she completes the transfer, the call is put on hold. This happens randomly over different modules.
does anyone have a idea of what this could be.
