What is required for softphones? IP licences for each one used??

And what is procedure to upgrade from 2050 2.0 to 4.0 since it supports BCM now.
Just de-install and install 4.0?

thanks

2050 v3/v4 require a separate chargeable activation licence which is completely separate from the "IP Licence" on the BCM. Have a look at the introduction bulletin on and the full Product Bulletin which is attached to it.

I was under the assumption that applied to Succession....also 3.0 was never supported on BCM and therefore mentions nothing about users who have 2.0.

I cant seem to open the link for the link on the pdf.

So one activation license per user is it?

Alos looks like maybe BCM 4.0 not supported...it only refers to call center on the bulletin.
