Upfront loads then stops, please help 2

Hi Experts,

Im running Powerplay 7.1 on Win2k3 and when I go to the upfront link " I see the "Loading Upfront" link for a split second before it errors out and says "You are not authorized to view this page"

Ive double and triple checked my web server settings and all seems fine. Could someone offer me any solutions or suggestions please? Thanks in advance.
 
Check the web server extensions in IIS 6.0 (Windows 2003 server) You need to either allow for all CGi applications or add the cognos one to a new rule.

Also, if the above has been done, keep in mind that there is a MS bug out there (Q829011) that I spent almost two months working on with MS that may be causing this.
 
Thanks Flex! Could you please provide me with the details of that bug you mentioned. Has MS since released a patch that will address this?

I know that there is a fix available as I have the pre-release copy of the executable.
 
I should have added that the pre-release copy was form last summer, so I'm sure that it's available now. :)
