Before I ask my question I would like to say I know that TM is old and is worthless and EM is better but that is what I'm stuck with and my company will not change it. Anyway my question is, we have multiple techs doing MACs on TM and there are tons of errors and changes stuck in limbo that would take hours to sort out and determine what is correct and what changes have to be made to correct it. Is there a way to "safely" delete everything and pull current info from the Nortel? Thanks

I know there is a thread that talks about reconciling the database in TM. I used it before and it worked great. You may want to do that. I wish I could tell you off the top of my head, but I am unsure. I do know that I follwed the steps and it worked.

It involved searching for everying, then deleting what you see and then reconciling the switch and TM.

Easiest way to ensure the data in TM matches PABX programming is to change the sync status for all entries in your TM database to NEW and then delete - by doing this it only deletes the database not the PABX programming.
You can then retrieve all PABX info into TM.
Unfortunately, we have moved off TM and now using Subscriber Manager for MACs so I cannot advise exact instructions.
