Hi All,

I have an MV IP_TEL MGR server running and it works great updating my 4600 phones but other than the 4600settings.txt file and the 16xxupgrade.txt file it will not pull the new bin files into the 1600 phones for some reason. Is there something I need to edit in the 16xxupgrade.txt file?

Below is my 16xxupgrade.txt file

Thanks,

If you look at the log on the MV-IPTel application and then reboot one of the 1600 phones do you see it trying to get the new firmware?
I had an issue with the displays on these phones becoming garbled and had to replace all the firmware on them. I didn't alter the text file just replaced the BIN files and upgrade files on the file server.
Reset the phones and they all got the new files without any problem.

I can see the phones grabbing the 16xxupgrade.txt file and the 46xxsettings.txt file but not the firmware. Muct be the 16xxupgrade.txt text file
