Updating Report on Crystal Enterprise 9

Hey All,

We have a Crystal Enterprise server setup. I create/update my reports in CR9.2

Our enterprise server is on our network and in Michigan, while i am in Florida.

In Crystal, when I have a local copy of the report, and do

Save as >> select enterprise >> Login >> and select the report i would like to overwrite I get an error saying something to the effect, Critical error when atempting to communicate with the APS.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I do want to have to delete the report and reupload it through the web interface

My login is part of the Administrators group.

I found them. Should i install both 6 and 7? or just 7?

I installed SP6 and it now works.
I installed SP7 and it still works.

Thanks for you help.

The weird thing is the other developer did not install those service packs.
