One of my two HDDs (just OS/Apps) has no connection to the inertnet and is physically separate and blinded by its dual boot install from all other drives. I use XP-Pro on both.
I've always used "Automatic Updates" for Windows. Is there any way that I can download the updates as executables or w/ MSI onto the other routine-workstation HDD (w/ internet), and then manually install the update over onto the internet-blinded HDD? I mean, perform it from a floppy, CD-Rom, whatever. Never seen this option and not sure how to keep Windows XP up to date on HDD without internet connection.
Thoughts?
