Updating Label in subform 1

I want to be able to take the value out of a textbox in one subform and set that as the value to a label in another subform...I am having problems doing this. Any suggestions?

Try this
dim frmMain as form

SetFrmmain=Forms![Your Main Form Name]

FrmMain.[SubForm Control Name].Form![Label Control Name]
