I need to update only the Description of all my Cisco IP Phones. I have tried using Bulk Administration - Phones - Update Phones - Custom. I have created the CSV file with the MAC Address and Description that I need to update the phones, Uploaded it the Call Manager, but can't get it to work. When I submit the job the only thing that happens is the Dsscription comes back Blank ( all previous information deleted). Has anyone just updated the initial setup information on the Call Manager for just updating the Description Field?
