Updating Global Address Lists from Client Address lists in Exchange 5. 1

I am trying to find a way of having the global addrss list in exchange 5.5 being automatically updated from a number of users address books.
Each user is a client of course !!!

Could anyone tell me how to do this ???

Do you mean you want users to be able to update or add new Custom Recipients in the GAL? I don't think its practically possible (but I may be wrong.) The best work around I can think of would be to have a contacts folder in the public folders containing your list of external addresses where you can pin down user rights quite specifically. For this contacts folder to appear next to the GAL when choosing the recipients for a new email you will have to set each client to use this as an Outlook Address Book entry. (Right click on the contacts folder - properties - outlook address book - tick the 'show this folder as an e-mail address book'.)
