Updating client DATs via ePO

How do I force all the clients to update DAT files immediately when ePO 3.0 server downloads latest DATs from McAfee. I have tried Product Deployment Task - doesn't work. I have tried ePO Agent update - doesn't work. I am running ePO 3.0 SP1/ Agent 3.1.2

I try to make that with a
"Agent Wake Up Call" in ePo 3.0

I don't know if it's work, but why not.

Or you can create a "Global Update Task" which is scheduled to "Run Immediately", and you set it to "Enable" when you need . . .

Try to look to PC's agent log - installation default is htpp://xxxx:8081 on PC. Maybe you have problem with connection (no rights, or server is too busy)
