Update Viruscan with epo agent 3

I migrated my epo server from version 2 to version 3.
In my client was installad Viruscan 4.5.1 sp1, now when I upgrade the epo client to version 3 the client doesn't updade the dat file, if I use the old version (ver. 2) of epo client the dat update run successfully.
In the epo client log I see this error:&quot;Internet Manager <<date>> <<time>> Error Failed to upload package file C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Dati\applicazioni\Network Associates\Common\FrameworkUnpackpkg00127183692160990000_5707.spkg&quot;

Can you help me?

I am having that same exact problem. I cannot find a solution anywhere.

You must create a new task in the ePo Console to update your client.

Software : Epolicy Orchestrator Agent
Task type : Update

This task work for all products with ePo agent 3 (vscan451, vscan70, vscan71, netshield, ...)
In ePo 2.5.1, you must create a task for each product.

Before, it was the VirusScan which initiate the update.

Now with the new ePo agent, it's the agent which initiate the update, for all products (dont know for groupshield).

Already check your proxy or internet config in ePo Console ?
