Update subform source programatically

Just trying to update my subform source to reflect tables. Nothing complicated.

table_list.SourceObject = blah

Problem is, I'm not so sure what the "blah" part is supposed to be. I've tried [tables]![table_name], table.table_name, etc...but no luck, I'm just burnt out tonight and blanking. Would appreciate any help you could give, thanks.
