Update query - Help

i
have an update query which , runs after i close a form from my orders , but all i want the query to do is to update the new information , at the moment it updates all of the information in from my one table , all i want it to do is update the information which has not allready been updated

any ideas

you can add a where clause to the update query

e.g. where yournewvaluefield<>youroldvaluefield
