Update MGS Card

I have a 7.5 system with 4 MGC cards, and 1 MGS card. I installed all the latest peps, and the MGS card will not update. Here is what I get from LD 143:

It could just be out of the Sec Domain you could login to the MGS then type statSecDomain, if it is out then joinSecDomain. Then just use 143 to run upgrade again.
