Update a Field in a Second Table from a Combo Box Lookup.

I have a form 'Job Number Update'.
The Record Source for the form is table 'Job Numbers'.
On the form I have a combo box that looks up records from a different table, 'Location'.
I have a 'Save Record' button that, when clicked, adds a record to table 'Job Numbers'.
I want the 'Save Record' button to also update a field in the record selected from table
'Location' from the combo box. What is the code to do this?
