I have successfully set up transactional replication, with the publisher running on sqlserver 2000 and the subscriber running sqlserver 7.
However, I want to set up a publication with updatable subscriptions (failover queuing). The documentation that I've read suggests that this is simply an option in the create publication wizard. It is not in my installation. When I create a publication and then go to the properties, the updatable subscriptions options are set to 'no' - and are not editable.
Does anyone know if it is a problem with the installation or am I just missing something?
Please respond - I'm at a loss.
