Jan 16, 2003 #3 pwallek MIS Jan 16, 2003 8 US If it still hasn't responded, go ahead and find the swinstall and swagentd processes and kill them. Then make sure you restart swagentd: # /sbin/init.d/swagentd start If you happen to be running MeasureWare, stop it. # /sbin/init.d/mwa stop Now do your swinstall of the product and it should work. There is a known issue with MeasureWare and swagentd not working well together. After you finish your install restart MeasureWare. # /sbin/init.d/mwa start Upvote 0 Downvote
