Hello. I'm hoping someone can assist me. I am new to web development and design. I have had a difficult time with a Fireworks menu that I'm importing into a Dreamweaver document.
The problem is that I have a transparent background for the menu and when I import it into Dreamweaver I see white spots around the Veranda 12pt. My understanding is that this is a halo effect.
Because of the transparent background I saved the menu slices as .gif. Is there another format I should be using?
Is the only solution to use Photoshop to remove the halo? If so, is there an easy way of doing this? Or do I need to brushup pixel by pixel.
Thank you for your help.
