unsupervised Transfer on SL1100

Hi, trying to get an unsupervised conference to work with no success so far.

User calls caller A from desk phone, presses conf key dials caller B, presses add then begin and conference is active all three parties can talk. Now if the desk user tries to leave the conference by hanging up, caller A and caller B are cut off, how can I make it so that caller A and caller B can continue talking after the NEC user has left. Client has analog trunks.
