Unsuccessfull saveset : Bootstrap

Hello

Since some days my networker server (6.1.1) cannot successfully end a savegroup. The group ist still running every time and the details of the gruop said me that one saveset: Bootstrap was unsuccessfull.The group cannot be stopped, its always running,also after stopping.if I use a
"Net Stop Nsrd" and a "Net Start Nsrd" the sasveset was on hold.If I restart the group, the monitor said Saveset bootstrap was done, but the group has the same message.
Which one is correct, and how can I get consistancy back between Monitor message and Savegroup details.

I gave the wrong message:

Incompletet savset bootstrap

in Networker user I saw the savesets of index and mm are empty and I could only backup the files in the subdirectory
if I select them separately

Why the bootstrap is incomplete??
