Hello all. We are on an IP Office 406 3.2 (54).

One of our phones (a 5410) went offline so I unplugged/plugged back in and it kept waiting on "please wait."

So I went into the sysmonitor and kept seeing

92318401mS PRN: Hatric 1 Chan 3 unrecognised message format:
92318401mS PRN: BUF ff01b85c : data=ff07427e , length = 2
92318401mS PRN: 0000 f0 e1 ðá
92318401mS PRN: ISR=0, IMR=60, PSR=20, HCR=20
92318401mS PRN: PMR=0, LICR=8, LIIR=8c, RFSR=0
92318600mS PRN: Hatric 1 Chan 3 unrecognised message format:
92318600mS PRN: BUF ff01d1e4 : data=ff07ab4e , length = 2
92318600mS PRN: 0000 f0 e1 ðá
92318601mS PRN: ISR=0, IMR=60, PSR=20, HCR=20

over and over again. I then moved the extension to another port on the IP office and everything is OK. Does anyone know what the messages above mean? I am thinking maybe I have a bad port? Or just a glitch where all it needs is a phone system reboot?

Thanks for your time.

The phone cannot find the tftp server address.

Check the tftp server ip address in the Manager, change it to the ip address of the Manger pc and leave the manager open.
