UnPark Call from outside of system 1

Hey guys,

Documentation and experimentation is failing me - I've got a client that wants to allow users to call into a DID and select a park zone to pick it up while outside of the office. I know One-X Mobile is an option (and installed) but in their environment I doubt it would get much use.

IP500v2 on 9.1.3 with VMPro. I basically set up an attendant with options 1-3 that transfers to 444x/UnPark Call/N with no dice. Other extensions in the office can dial 4441 and pickup Park 1 however. But anytime I try doing it off either a Transfer or Assisted Transfer from my cell, it's no go.

Ive got a feeling this is simply an intended limitation, but curious if anyone else has gotten this to work before.
 
Hey guys. Just bumping this up, sorry - curious if anyone's been able to work this out before. Still no dice, went out to the customer site last week and didn't have any luck with trying to Unpark from my cell.
 
Interesting - we have this customer using FNE codes off twinning but we were trying to "dumb it down" for them by giving them a phone number to call. I'll propose this option to them and just make a simple shortcode to dial. Thanks!
