unlock text frame??

Silly question....How do you unlock a text frame? When I go to move this item it says "the selected object(s) are locked and can not be transformed". Although, my layer is not locked.

Thanks to everyone who gives their time to answering questions!

Forget it! I was not "selecting all" before trying to unlock position. Silly ME!
