Unlock Excel forms

I've been asked to look at an excel file that has been set up previously within the company. I'm more of an access bod myself, but have offered to take a look. The only problem is I can't actually get at the sheets or code!
I've tried opening it holding shift (which usually works in access) but nothing. It still opens to the form which you can't right click on to see the design etc.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?
