Hi- I have one big pivot table that has a report/page filter by salesperson and then that pivot table is broken down into 15 subsidiary pivot tables by salesperson. Each month I want to mail each salesperson their detail but I do not want them to be able to see each others.
I tried going to Table Options and unchecking Save Data with Table Layout and unchecking Drill down however when I go and open a saved saleperson's pivot table file and click Refresh I get a warning but then Excel refreshes all the data anyway.
Any ideas on how to do it without having to Paste Values each time.
Thank you.

Hi,

Copy

Edit > PasteSpecial - VALUES.

Record a macro to do it. If you need help customizing your code, post a question in Forum707, along with your recorded code.

Thanks Skip.. I've been avoiding learning macros but I guess it is time.

No big deal. Just take it in little steps. You'll get lots of good help.
