unkown role

vgmc card (32)showing unknown role on the edit/transfer page in element manager but cli shows it as follower and general commands/show card, shows it as a follower. when we add a new card to the system.cs1000 4.5.088
we tried clearleader/resetting the card and retransfering the files. what are we missing to get this page to update?

if you do an electShow on the lead sig server does it show as up in the node. Plug into the maint socket on the card and reboot is it sucessfully getting BootP on start up? Double check the MAC address in the card details on element manager, save and transfer reboot card.
