Unknown Query Engine Error

Hi

I am using CR 9.0. I have created a report using ttx files and at runtime I assign recordset to the report. The report consists of more than 5 subreports also. I am calling this report using RDC. Sometimes I get an error Unknown Query Engine. can somebody explain whats the problem and solution?

My datasource is not JavaBeans. My datasource is an ADORecordset.

I am getting the same problem with a ttx file and an ado recordset in VB6.....can you tell me what you did to solve the problem?
