Hi Guys, please could someone help me with this one, i have a cisco 2512 cisco router previously running ios v 10.3(7) after a reboot the router started to stall during bootup with the following details:

as you can see i was able to delete the old flash and download a new one via tftp ios 10.3(17) this all went fine , however the boot up is still stalling at the same place. Can anyone help with this ? many thanx

Looks like you've got a bug in your IOS. Not sure if version 10 is supported by Cisco any more. I think you can download it through their archive library but you should upgrade to at version 11.3.

Many thanks for that reply, however i am currently limited to the software level i can put on this box as the flash/ram would not cope, i am probalyy going to have to upgrade the flash, ram and boot rom and then download another software version to see if this fixes it !
