Unknown File name from A:\

Having severe brain cramps this am--Have multitude of diskettes coming in from outside sources for reports--suppose to have one of two names like xxxxxx or yyyyy.txt (one name for each forma)--however of the 1500 we get about 750 do not have these names--are in correct formats but get kicked out of system Want to go out pull in name of file and open it--

know easiest way is to just not accept but management does not want to upset reporters--

Any help or ideas would be appreciated

have tried to go to site quoted in reply several times--only been able to get to once--right after you posted--got away on other projects when try to go to now--not there
