Unknown error softphone

Greetings all,
This client has an IPO version 9.0.5 to use the softphone does not work.
The message we see in the figure appears.
In addition to the IPO have a VMPro and One-x-Portal in versions 9.0.5
Any idea or something that has been overlooked for this version 9.0.5
The client has a Win7 32bit operating system
I appreciate your help and suggestions [

Do you have the correct user license? Is "Enable Softphone" checked?

yes, I have enable softphone HTTP provisional √
and licenses are power user and teleworker

try temporarily turning off th windows firewall
