UNKNOWN Caller ID(CID) when IP Agent calls customer

Afternoon all-
We are using IP Agent(IPA) Telecommuter Rev 4. Our IPA's are all local to the switch. When I call members from inside HQ using IPA application the member sees the CID info. When I call the same member number from remote location the called party sees Unknown or Unavailable. The call goes out over same trunk group that HQ originated call does. Someone said that 8700 is conferencing calls and that is why CID does not work.

you didn't say your CM software version so, check your

'disp isdn-pub X' on CM2.X and smaller or 'disp pub X' on CM3.0 and taller.
 
We have the 3.1 ver. I have our number listed there. One thing I was trying to figure out is the station extension number is 4XXX. We use the 4XXX field for telecommuters, 5XXX, 6XXX, 7XXX and 8XXX in the building. As a result the digit 4 is not in the EXT CODE field. I did not put it there because I was under the impression that the Agent ID COR determines trunk availability. Guess I could enter that and see what happens.
